The billing section of your platform account provides you with access to your current and previous monthly fees, and allows you to set up your billing details.

Only users that are Account Owners can access the Billing section of your account.

Usage & Charges

The Usage & Charges page gives you a breakdown of your current usage and the charges that will be incurred for that usage. You can see your overall usage and a breakdown of your MAU and event count on a per-game basis. Each game can be viewed by clicking on the expand button to the right hand side of the game name.

Usage Tables

You can navigate between viewing Usage and Charges by using the tab at the upper left corner of the page. Selecting the Charges tab will show you a breakdown of your usage and cost on a per-month basis. This cost is based on the total MAU on your account.

Billing Setup

The Billing Setup page allows you to set your billing currency (in USD, GBP, or EUR), and add your billing details.

There’s the option to pay your invoice through bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

The default payment term is 30 days. The credit card billing system is managed by Stripe, and deltaDNA does not hold your credit card details.

If you elect to pay by credit card, deltaDNA will automatically deduct the fees from the card provided, circa the 10th of each month.

Billing contacts

By default, all Account Owners are added as billing contacts for your account. You can add and remove your Billing Contacts as required. The Billing Contacts will receive communications from deltaDNA about fees and invoices.
